Go somewhere you don’t like. Find the beauty and make beautiful photographs.
Go night exploring, keep your ISO to a minimum. Play with light.
Find mother nature and all her beauty.
Keep one object in darkness, not complete, but enough to add mystery.
Take a photograph from a different type of light source!
Interpret the subject “Hope”. The more personal the interpretation the better. Avoid cliches.
(When I was younger I battled depression and nearly lost. Years later, the depression still lingers but there is so much happiness, there is so much “Hope”).
April 24th, 2016 (National Pinhole Day!)
Make up your own assignment. Challenge yourself!
Walk an area you would normally drive past. Bring your camera and make photos of what you might normally overlook.
Make a photograph that has an element of mystery. Don’t tell the whole story. Leave something out.
Photograph your foreground subject out of focus but with the background in focus.
